Proof of Concept (PoC)
Indicative: 1–6 weeks
Examine data quality and methods using actual data. The result supports an informed decision on further development. IAP analyses actual data and tests suitable methods on the specific task. The findings show what can be implemented, where limitations lie and which development steps should follow.
Develop and evaluate a prototype
Indicative: 1–6 months
Work iteratively with domain experts, examine findings and implement an agreed scope.
MVP, integration and handover
Project-specific schedule
Where needed, extend the work into a usable application, integrate it, complete acceptance and hand it over to your IT team or operating partner.
Durations are indicative and depend on data availability, research needs and integration. A committed schedule is agreed for your assignment.
The right form of handover
Option 1
Prototype for your IT team
IAP investigates the problem, develops and evaluates the approach, and hands over the agreed prototype with documentation. Your IT team takes responsibility for further product development and operation.
Option 2
Application through integration
IAP develops the agreed application, including its interface and integrations, connects it to the intended workflow, and completes acceptance and handover. Your organisation or operating partner takes responsibility for subsequent operation.
